General Terms and Conditions www.youngagain.al
Validity of these GTC
§ 1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders from November 1st, 2024. They apply to all direct purchases that you, the customer or buyer, make from us, AMC Albania Marketing Consulting ShpK (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), via the website www.youngagain.al. With the acceptance of your order, a contract is concluded between you and us, which includes the following conditions in addition to the order confirmation.
§ 1.2. Deviating conditions do not apply. Subsidiary agreements or deviations from these conditions are only effective if expressly agreed in writing, including by email, if they have been confirmed by us.
§ 1.3. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions and is bound by them.
Conclusion of contract
§ 1.4. The purchase contract is concluded by the order confirmation or sending of the goods.

Right of withdrawal
§ 2.1. Customers must bear the costs of returns for online orders themselves if they exercise their right of withdrawal.
- The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers and not to the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. To cancel the sales contract, please fill out the cancellation form and send it back to us. If you cancel the sales contract, we must refund the payments, including the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation and the goods.
- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to downloads (e-books, audio, video recordings or software) and consumables (for reasons of hygiene or wear and tear), such as electrodes, electrode gel, adhesive electrodes, electrode sponges, headbands, batteries, rechargeable batteries, electrode bands, fabric covers for rod electrodes, bath liquids and similar products.
- All prices are subject to typographical and printing errors. The prices for the goods offered by the seller include statutory sales tax. Shipping costs are shown as a separate item on the invoice and are deemed to be approved by the customer in terms of content and amount when placing the order.
- If the seller determines after conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods or services are no longer available or cannot be delivered for legal reasons, the seller can either offer goods or services of equivalent quality and price or withdraw from the contract. Payments already received will be refunded by the seller immediately after withdrawal from the contract.
- The goods should be returned in unused and re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. For items that show signs of wear or whose packaging is damaged, an appropriate fee will be charged for the reduction in value. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing. For products sealed in cellophane (e.g. DVDs, CDs and books), the right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is undamaged.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are started within seven working days. Withdrawal from seminars, training courses or biofeedback training is only possible up to 14 days before the date. If a seminar or training course is cancelled, the seminar fees will be refunded as soon as possible.

Seminars – cancellation, cancellation conditions, cancellation policy
§ 3.1. If a seminar or training course is cancelled for unforeseeable reasons, the seminar participants will receive a 100% refund of the seminar fees as soon as possible. Alternatively, an alternative date can be agreed upon and subject to availability. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing and are subject to the following conditions: If a cancellation is made within 10 weeks, but no later than 14 days before the start of the seminar, the seminar participant must pay 50% of the seminar fees; any payments already made in excess of this will be refunded. In the case of cancellations due to force majeure within 10 weeks, but no later than 14 days before the start of the seminar, the participant must pay 50% of the fees. Cancellation during the last 14 days before the start of the seminar does not release the participant from the obligation to pay. The participant is entitled to name a replacement participant. The participant and the replacement participant are jointly liable for outstanding payments.
§ 3.2. Recording audio or video during the seminar is expressly prohibited unless explicit permission has been granted. The equipment provided may only be used as instructed. If used improperly, you may be excluded from the seminar without reimbursement. The use of seminar equipment is at your own risk and does not serve any therapeutic purpose.
Individual training
§ 4.1. The offers for mental training and biofeedback training are at your own risk and are not to be understood as therapy or medical treatment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the full amount will be charged. Timely cancellation (more than 24 hours in advance) is necessary to avoid cancellation costs.
Mental & Fitness Training
§ 5.1. Physical fitness training under professional supervision is at your own risk. Before training begins, the participant must undergo a health check. The seller is not liable for injuries or health impairments that occur during or as a result of training. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the full amount will be charged. The participant is responsible for informing the trainer in a timely manner of any health problems.
Data protection
§ 6.1. The seller collects, processes and uses the partner’s personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The partner has the right at any time to receive information about the data stored by the seller and to request that this data be deleted, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
Liability and warranty
§ 7.1. The seller is only liable for damages that are based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
Other provisions
§ 8.1. MP3 files, downloads and other direct downloads may only be purchased for end users and not for resale. They may not be resold or shown publicly unless there is a written agreement with the author. Copies are only permitted for personal, private use.
§ 9.1. Dimensions, drawings and illustrations are non-binding. Binding or non-binding cost estimates can be exceeded or undercut by 15%.
§ 10.1. All prices include statutory sales tax, but not import duties.
§ 11.1. Shipping costs are shown as a separate item on the invoice. Any import duties are not shown and must be borne by the buyer.
